About Me

As a former zoo keeper turned full time artist, I have a deep rooted love for the natural world and a passion for finding ways to share its beauty with others.

Raised in Oklahoma, I pursued a degree in Zoology at OSU, but I always found time to fit art courses amidst my heavy science curriculum. The degree took me to Fort Worth, Texas to work as a primate keeper for 7 years. It was truly a wild time!

I then took a leap, deciding to explore my career in art full-time. My newest venture is live event painting! Having recently planned my own wedding, I experienced the desire for unique experiences and gifts for guests. Live illustration is a perfect combination of entertainment, interaction, and party favors!
